I’ve just spent a little bit of time adding a large selection of books/links to my reading list page. I love reading and finding out about new things and books are a great way to do this. I already own and have read some of these books, others are on my wish list of books to read. Either way I thought I would share the ever-growing list with anybody who’s interested.
So my new challenge and also my (why didn’t I think of this earlier) is to start taking time out to research and experiment with physical computing and to read and read and read. I’m going to actively try and push myself further in to interaction design.
It arrived yesterday, I’m so excited. I finally have a copy of After Effects to start learning, not to mention Flash CS4. Things are really going to get exciting.
Well I finally spent some time and sent my business card design over to the great team at 1stbyte who are a digital print company here in London. With a super fast turn around they had my cards printed and ready before I had time to say ‘CMYK’.
Thanks to sIFR, created by Mike Davidson I’ve been able to incorporate my typeface of choice Serifa in to my blog so that it matches my new business cards, CV, and eventually website.
I’ve just installed a crazy new plugin in my wordpress installation that now gives iPhone and iPod users a suitable interface. The plugin is WPTouch from the clever guys at bravenewcode.
